Why should I use medication?
For a large number of diseases and conditions medication has been developed. Medication can improve the quality of life, save lives and it can cure diseases. Besides this, there are many medications that treat cosmetic conditions. Many of these conditions affect the quality of life (think of excessive acne), while they can be treated with medicine in many cases. Some people are reticent in using medication, for religious or personal reasons. This isn’t completely false, because medication can do life threatening harm when not used properly. Sleeping pills for instance, are sadly used a lot to commit suicide.

Where do I get medication when I need it?
The most common way to get your medication is trough your doctor. When we are talking about medication mostly that is about prescription medication. This means you cannot acquire these medicine without a prescription written by a authorized person. In most cases this is your doctor. The doctor will give you a prescription with which you can get the medication at a pharmacist. Another way to get medications is buying them online. This is a safe and legal way, but you do have to be weary of illicit websites offering fake medicine.
