Since 1996, Stonebridge has provided high-quality health care in a comfortable, homelike setting. Locally owned and operated, Stonebridge has 120 licensed beds for customer care. Whether patients require long-term skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitative services or respite care, Stonebridge is an outstanding choice. The Center is certified to participate in both Medicare and Medicaid insurance programs.

Stonebridge is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, approximately five miles west of Oak Hill in Southwest Austin. The property includes nine acres of natural hill country vegetation, trees and wildlife for residents, visiting family and friends to enjoy. Our peaceful, country setting includes an outdoor walking path, covered patio, garden flowers and serene surroundings.
